Das Team des Prototype Fund Hardware steht den Projekten während des Förderzeitraums mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Neben der Projektbetreuung und dem Programmmangement forscht der Prototype Fund Hardware – zum Beispiel zur Frage, wie die Community an Entwickler*innen und das Innovationspotential aus der Gesellschaft gefördert und genutzt werden kann. Zusätzlich arbeitet das Team daran, das Programm kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln, denn auch das ist der Prototype Fund: selbst ein Prototyp.
Daniel is passionate about the intersection of open hardware and open workshops. For the Open Knowledge Foundation, he works as a project manager on a prototype fund hardware as part of the MoFab project. As an interaction designer with a PhD, he is also active for other NGOs and is involved in assistive technologies for people who are deaf, for example.

Program Lead
Maximilian Voigt works for OKF on open education and open hardware. He is involved in open workshops / maker spaces and physical computing. Maximilian is a board member of the Association of Open Workshops and studied technical journalism, public relations as well as culture and technology.
